      <description>Location: Buckingham | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | We’re hiring an Operations Field Manager – Fire Protection to join our team at Abbot Fire Group, supporting our growing Fire Protection division. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of 15 Fire Protection Engineers within a £3 to 3.5M operational division, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, safety standards, and commercial performance across our nationwide services.
