The role is responsible for operational delivery, financial performance, contractual compliance, HR matters, and Health and Safety,.Duties and Responsibilities: Manage, plan, organise and coordinate works orders within agreed timescales and budgetsEnsure variations and additional costs are recovered and proper accounts are submitted in line with approved budgetsDirect in-house operatives, agency staff, and subcontractors to maximise productivity, quality, and customer satisfactionEnsure efficient use of labour, plant, equipment, materials and transport resourcesMonitor KPIs, complaints, service delivery performance and implement improvement actionsAdminister incentive schemes and resolve queries relating to payments and discrepanciesEnsure compliance with operational procedures and identify opportunities for continuous improvementTake responsibility for Health and Safety across all service delivery activities, ensuring risks are appropriately managedUtilise digital systems (e.g. ..... full job details .....
