About the Role


We are currently seeking confident, reliable and personable individuals to join a market research team carrying out face-to-face interviews with members of the public across Belfast and surrounding areas.
This role involves approaching people in busy public locations and collecting survey responses using a tablet device. Successful candidates will be comfortable engaging with members of the public, possess strong communication skills and be confident working independently.
Most shifts will take place in Belfast and nearby areas, although candidates should be willing to travel to locations such as Derry/Londonderry, Newry, Omagh and Enniskillen on occasion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face surveys with members of the public.
  • Approach and engage individuals in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Record responses accurately using a tablet device.
  • Represent the organisation positively whilst working in public settings.
  • Travel to various locations throughout Northern Ireland as required.
  • Ensure all survey data is gathered accurately and in line with project guidelines.

Training andamp; Support


All successful candidates will attend a paid training session in Belfast, followed by a short accompanied test shift to ensure confidence and understanding of the role before commencing regular assignments.
