Field Installation Support Technician

We''re looking for a Field Installation Support Technician, with experience in Shutters, Blinds, Windows, Conservatories or similar trades/installations to take on a varied, field-based role. You will support field specialists across a wider geographical area, travelling regularly and staying overnight when required. A company vehicle is provided but you''ll need a full clean UK driving licence. You''ll cover a defined geographical region. Candidates can be based anywhere within the UK, with a preference for South East, London or Midlands locations. This Field Installation Support Technician role involves:Providing in field technical support to specialist installersDelivering practical training and upskilling to reduce errors and improve qualitySupporting right first-time installations and remedial works where requiredActing as a technical point of contact for field and office teamsCompleting sales, survey and installation work when required (commissioned)Travelling regularly with occasional overnight staysAttending HQ in Brighton and Hove periodically for training and specialist support activitySkills and experience required: Full clean UK driving licence (essential)Trade background with experience in Blind, Shutter, Conservatory or Window installationAbility to work independently across a wide geographical areaSystems savvy with confidence learning internal softwareProfessional approach with strong ethics and team mindsetSalary, hours and company benefits:£32,000 - £35,000 ..... full job details .....
