The engineer will remove the existing desktop equipment, install replacement devices, build and enrol applicable DBB (Online Banking Desk), ID Scanner, and Startle/Music Player desktops, reconnect required peripherals, and support the branch to ensure the installation is completed successfully.Counter desktops are swap/install only, as they are built and tested by the client before the engineering visit.
