Field Engineer

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Field Engineer to provide dedicated onsite IT support for an excellent client. You''ll support IT projects, incidents, and service requests across multiple client locations, with a particular focus on hardware replacement, device setup, troubleshooting and maintaining accurate asset records. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with users, and taking ownership of tasks through to completion. The office is based in Brackley and the client sites you''ll be responsible for are within an 80km distance of this location. As well as a competitive salary, you will also be entitled to a 450 per month car allowance and milage. Role responsibilities: Provide onsite technical and end-user support across client locationsBuild and configure laptops and mobile devices and complete hardware replacementsTroubleshoot desktops, printers, access points and other IT equipmentSupport IT project activities and successful handover into supportOwn incidents, service requests and assigned tasks through to resolutionMaintain accurate tickets, asset records and technical documentationDeliver a professional and responsive service to users and colleagues Skills Required: At least 1 years'' experience in an IT support, Field Engineer, or similar technical roleHands-on experience with laptop builds, mobile device setup and hardware replacementGood working knowledge of Microsoft 365, desktop operating systems, ..... full job details .....
