Field Engineer
A quick snapshot of the role: Commissioning and DecommissioningInstall and commission equipment across multiple project locationsCoordinate with customers to gather audit requirements Technical Documentation and TroubleshootingEnsure all equipment documentation (manuals, BEPQM, tools/consumables references) is accessible and up to dateProvide troubleshooting notices for recurring issues Training and Customer SupportTrain operators, setters, QC inspectors, maintenance techs, and supervisorsProvide training reports and certificatesTrain client teams on sample preparation, splice assembly, and e-ticketing Level 3 Technical SupportRespond to e-tickets and provide remote or on-site assistanceConduct Level 3 preventive maintenanceSupport equipment standardisation and upgrade deploymentsProduce detailed technical service reports Operational Efficiency MonitoringReview on-site procedures and quality processesAssess cutting, forging, threading, and testing operationsMonitor production output and recommend optimisationsWhat they''re looking for:Degree in Engineering or NVQ Level 3/4 (Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical, or similar)Experience in customer service, QC/inspection, or international project work (beneficial)Strong technical skills: Mechanical / Electrical / Automation / HydraulicsConfident communicator with solid IT skills (Microsoft Office)Happy to travel regularly within the ..... full job details .....
