You''ll deliver high-quality technical support directly on client sites, ensuring uptime, performance, and client satisfaction - all while working safely and efficiently within agreed service levels.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to field service calls at client premises promptly and effectively.Diagnose and repair faults on-site with minimal disruption to clients.Keep accurate service records using PDA tools and communicate with call control regularly.Maintain a well-stocked and organised spare parts kit (vehicle or on-site).Regularly sync your laptop with our SharePoint cloud system.Attend training sessions (including online modules) to stay up to date with latest products and technologies.Liaise with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth service delivery.Report recurring technical issues and client concerns via our escalation channels.Adhere strictly to client health andamp; safety procedures and site processes.Skills andamp; ..... full job details .....
