Field Care Supervisor

We are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing domiciliary care provider in Enfield for a motivated Field Care Supervisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and develop into a supervisory role. The Role As a Field Care Supervisor, you will help ensure clients receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting regular field-based supervision and spot checks of care staff. Visiting clients in their homes to monitor the quality and delivery of care. Supporting care workers with guidance, coaching and day-to-day practice. Participating in client reviews and gathering feedback from clients and families. Ensuring care plans and risk assessments reflect clients'' current needs. Identifying and escalating safeguarding, medication, health and wellbeing concerns. Supporting the management of incidents, complaints and concerns. Monitoring care worker performance and identifying training and development needs.
