We are recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to join a well-established and growing care provider supporting people across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. This is a varied, hands-on role combining office-based responsibilities with time out in the community. You''ll play an important part in maintaining high standards of care, supporting a team of carers and ensuring clients continue to receive safe, personalised and reliable support. With a friendly, supportive culture and genuine opportunities for progression, this is an excellent opportunity for somebody who enjoys being involved in both the people and operational side of care.The Role Working as part of an experienced care team, your responsibilities will include: Carrying out initial client assessmentsCompleting regular client reviews and care plan reviewsConducting spot checks and quality monitoringSupporting and supervising a team of approximately 40 care staffProviding day-to-day support and guidance to carers in the fieldHelping with the onboarding and development of new care staffEnsuring care is delivered in line with individual care plans and company standardsSupporting the smooth running of approximately 1,500 hours of care each weekWorking closely with fellow Field Care Supervisors and the wider management ..... full job details .....
