Then keep reading We''re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Field Care Supervisor / Trainer to join their established domiciliary care team in Barnet. You''ll be joining a close-knit team of experienced colleagues, helping to maintain high standards of care while coaching and developing care professionals to deliver outstanding support to clients in their own homes. This isn''t a role for someone who likes sitting behind a desk all day. It''s for someone who enjoys being out in the field, leading by example, solving problems, and ensuring carers have the confidence and skills to make a real difference. What you''ll need: At least 2 years'' experience in Domiciliary Care A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or a willingness to work towards it A passion for delivering exceptional care and developing others Full Right to Work in the UK The finer details: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm One evening per week on-call, for emergency support only (because care doesn''t always stick to office hours!) 28,000 - 34,000 per annum, depending on experience What''s in it for you?
