Field based EngineerUp to £42,000 (dependent on experience)London/Surrey basedMy client is seeking a skilled and motivated Fire and Security Engineer to join a growing team. This role involves working across a range of fire protection and electronic security systems, ensuring installations, maintenance, and servicing are carried out to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, inspect, and maintain fire protection and security systems in line with relevant codes and industry standards.Service and testing: fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and intercomsDiagnose faults and carry out repairs efficientlyUse hand and power tools to install and test equipmentComplete accurate service reports and documentationWork independently and as part of a team to meet deadlinesParticipate in an on-call rota ( this is shared between engineers in the department)RequirementsFull UK Driving Licences ( clean record)Proven experience or certification in fire and/or security systemsStrong fault finding and problem-solving skillsGood communication and attention to detailAbility to manage workload and work under minimal supervisionBenefitsSalary up to £42,000 depending on experience25 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday offOvertime available ( evenings and weekends)Company vehicle ( Van for install engineers; van/car optional for service engineers)On - call rota with additional earning ..... full job details .....
