Field Based Coffee Machine EngineerLocation: Birmingham (Candidates must live within 30 miles of Birmingham) Salary: 34,000 per annum Benefits: Company Van, Mobile Phone, Fuel Card, Overtime AvailableAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Coffee Machine Engineer, Bean-to-Cup Engineer, or Dishwasher Engineer to join our growing and reactive service team based in Birmingham.This is an excellent opportunity for a field service engineer looking to join a busy and supportive company that offers regular overtime, autonomy, and excellent employee benefits.As part of the role, you will travel within an approximately 80-mile radius of Birmingham, carrying out installations, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of commercial coffee equipment, including coffee machines, coffee grinders, dishwashers, and ice machines.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation of commercial coffee machines, coffee grinders, and ice machinesCarrying out planned preventative maintenance and annual servicingDiagnosing and repairing faults on customer sitesReplacing water filtration systems and associated componentsProviding basic staff training on the correct operation and daily maintenance of equipmentCompleting service reports and associated paperworkAlways delivering excellent customer serviceRequirementsPrevious experience as a Coffee Machine Engineer, Bean-to-Cup Engineer, Catering Equipment Engineer, or similar field service roleStrong fault-finding and repair skillsExcellent customer-facing ..... full job details .....
