This is a customer-facing technical engineering role supporting customers throughout evaluation, onboarding, integration and production readiness. The successful candidate will troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, develop integration tools and scripts, support operating system configurations and work closely with engineering and product teams to improve platform adoption and customer experience. This opportunity would suit a hands-on engineer with experience in embedded systems, industrial PCs, software development or hardware and software integration who enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly with customers and developing practical tools to improve integration processes.
