Field Application Engineering Manager - EMEASalary: Up to £75,000 base + bonus + benefitsLocation: Crawley, Hybrid (3 days/week)Full Time, PermanentThe RoleOur client is looking for an experienced Field Application Engineering Manager - EMEA to lead the engineering support function across its European customer base.Reporting to the VP, Technology andamp; Customer Integration - EMEA andamp; ROW, this role is responsible for supporting existing EMEA customers across standard and custom projects, while also providing the engineering support required to win new business and drive growth across the region.You will work across a global, complex and Matrix organisation, collaborating with teams across different functions and geographies to ensure customers receive a high standard of engineering support and have the technical solutions they need.The role covers a broad range of customer and engineering activity across sectors including Broadcast, Medical, Industrial, Test andamp; Measurement and Transportation, with a particular focus on developing HMI solutions for applications such as Studios, TV and Radio.As the engineering leader for EMEA, you will combine customer support, pre-sales engineering, project management and team development, while acting as a key engineering contact for the wider business.Key ResponsibilitiesTotal customer retention - Delight existing customers with support and engineering innovations to ensure that EOLs are re-won by us and they are delighted with ..... full job details .....
