Field Advisor Location: Astolat, Coniers Way, Guildford, Surrey, GU4 7HL Salary: £30,107- £31,517 (Full Time Equivalent) Vacancy Type: Full-time role (36 hours per week) - Job share approaches welcome Do you feel passionate about ensuring that unpaid carers feel heard, valued and supported? Do you thrive on working independently in the community, managing your own caseload? Are you excited by working as an advocate for carers to help them access funding, services, and their rights? If so, you may be the Field Advisor we re looking for helping carers across Surrey feel connected, empowered and valued. The Details The role is available on a full time basis and will include some evening and weekend work. Job share approaches are welcome. A driving licence and access to a car are essential, as the role involves travel across Surrey working in the community or carers homes You ll work within a team who work flexibly across evenings and weekends, ensuring accessibility for carers around work commitments and family responsibilities You ll be reporting to our Advice and Guidance Manager, working closely with the Carer Compass leadership team.
