About the Role
A Fibreglass Laminator is required to join a permanent, full-time team in Bromsgrove (B60). The role involves working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, with overtime available. The salary ranges from £14.50 to £16.25 per hour, dependent on experience. This position is with a specialist GRP manufacturer supplying replacement panels to the coach and bus industry. Candidates must have proven experience in fibreglass lamination and moulding, working to high standards of precision. Key skills include manual dexterity, attention to detail, and familiarity with lay-up, gel-coat, and resin application. The role demands a reliable individual who can produce consistent, high-quality mouldings in a specialised production environment.

About The Role:
Fibreglass laminators are required for a rapidly growing company based in Bromsgrove. Candidates must have proven experience in the GRP industry and must be capable of Brush gel coating and wet hand layup process.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience with a similar role.
