      <description>Location: Aldershot | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | We are actively-seeking-a fully compliant Fibre Splicer to join our team, working on Fibre to the Home (FTTH) networks across-Midlands, Southeast &amp; East Anglia.-As Fibre Splicer, you will play a crucial role in installing, commissioning, and testing fibre optic networks, ensuring seamless connectivity and high-quality service.  The-successful candidate-must live-in Aldershot-&amp; Surrounding areas-     So, what will I be doing?   Working as part of our team, you will-be responsible for-fibre splicing, testing, and troubleshooting networks to-maintain-optimal-performance. You will take responsibility for the quality and safety of your work, acting as an ambassador for best practices in everything you do.
