Join one of the South West''s leading sheet metal manufacturing businesses.Due to continued growth and investment in advanced manufacturing technology, Greenfield Engineering is looking for a Laser, CNC Punch and Press Operator to join our production team.This is an exciting opportunity to work with industry-leading fibre laser cutting, CNC punching and metal forming equipment, producing precision components for customers across a diverse range of sectors.The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring a range of manufacturing equipment, ensuring components are produced safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.Key responsibilities include: Operating CNC punch presses, fibre lasers and associated equipment Producing high-quality sheet metal components to engineering specifications Loading materials and managing production workflows Conducting quality checks and inspections Reading engineering drawings and production documentation Supporting continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency initiativesWe''re looking for someone who: Has experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment Has a keen eye for quality and attention to detail Is reliable, motivated and safety conscious Can work effectively as part of a team Has experience operating CNC machinery (preferred but not essential)What we offer: Competitive rates of pay and benefits Modern manufacturing facilities and equipment Training and development opportunities ..... full job details .....
