We are currently working with a growing broadband provider who are expanding their installation teams across various locations in the Highlands as they continue to roll out fibre to rural communities.

The Role:
You''ll be working on the front line, installing fibre connections directly into customers'' homes and helping bring high-speed broadband to rural areas. Working to a scheduled diary, you''ll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Installing Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) connections
-Pulling/blowing fibre cables from cabinets or chambers to properties
-Carrying out light excavation works in customer gardens
-Clearing blockages through soft dig methods
-Working on overhead networks where required
-Completing internal installations and setting up equipment (CPE)
-Testing connections and ensuring everything is fully operational
-Talking customers through the service and answering any questions
-Maintaining a high standard of customer service on every job
What we''re looking for:
-Good communication and customer service skills
-Comfortable with manual work and working outdoors
-Willingness to work at height when required
-Full UK driving licence (essential)
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn (training provided)
