      <description>Location: Sheffield | Salary: &amp;pound;14.00/hour | Type: Permanent | Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:   We are looking for a Fettler for a permanent position based with our client in Sheffield   Immediate start available (subject to interview process)    Rate of pay is -14.00 per hour (for basic hours)    This will be working Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm and Friday 8am to 3:30pm    The successful candidate will be responsible for finishing fabricated metal components to a high standard, removing excess material, weld spatter and sharp edges, and preparing products ready for the next stage of production.  This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous experience within a fabrication, engineering or manufacturing environment who takes pride in producing high-quality work.   Key Responsibilities    Fettling and finishing fabricated steel and metal components.  Grinding, linishing and removing excess weld material.  Removing sharp edges, burrs and weld spatter.  Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.  Preparing components to the required specification and quality standards.
