Available roles Bartender Bar back Key responsibilities Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks Taking payments accurately and efficiently Checking identification and following licensing requirements Restocking drinks, ice and other bar supplies Keeping the bar and service areas clean, safe and organised Supporting colleagues during busy service periods Following all training, hygiene, licensing and health and safety procedures Requirements Applicants must: Be aged 18 or over due to licensing requirements Work confidently and efficiently in a busy environment Communicate clearly in English for customer service, training and health and safety purposes Be reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a team Be able to stand for extended periods Be available for the full ..... full job details .....
