Job PurposeThe Fertiliser Sales Specialist is responsible for driving profitable sales growth across the company''s fertiliser portfolio. This role focuses on developing new business, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and promoting the value of our products through a consultative, solution-oriented approach.Acting as a trusted advisor to farmers and channel partners, the Specialist will represent the company within the UK crop input market - delivering consistent sales results, excellent customer service, and long-term customer retention.The Specialist will bring strong agricultural knowledge, particularly in fertiliser products and on-farm application, enabling them to confidently engage with customers and support data-driven purchasing decisions.Main ResponsibilitiesSales and Business DevelopmentDrive sales growth of fertilisers and related products across a defined UK territory.Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with farmers, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities to increase market share.Understand customer objectives and provide tailored fertiliser solutions to enhance crop yield and farm profitability.Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fertiliser products, application techniques, industry standards, and environmental ..... full job details .....
