This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fermentation Scientist to apply hands-on expertise in bioreactor operation, process optimisation and enzyme production while working alongside a collaborative RandD team on cutting-edge technology.The RoleAs a Fermentation Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and improving non-GMP microbial fermentation processes for enzyme production. You''ll work across laboratory and pilot-scale systems, helping to optimise yields, improve process robustness and support the scale-up of innovative biocatalysts for industrial applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimise microbial fermentation processes for enzyme production.Operate, monitor and troubleshoot bench- to pilot-scale bioreactors.Design and carry out fermentation optimisation studies, including media, feeding and induction strategies.Analyse experimental data and communicate findings with clear technical recommendations.Collaborate with multidisciplinary RandD teams to support project delivery.Maintain accurate laboratory records, SOPs and technical documentation.Support laboratory operations, equipment maintenance and inventory management.Assist with technology ..... full job details .....
