The successful candidate will ideally have experience working within manufacturing or production and will be supporting all aspects of the fermentation and freeze-drying processes and will be carrying out production activities safely and efficiently. Main Responsibilities: Assisting with the harvesting and sterilisation of fermentation processes. Prepare and weigh raw materials for cryopreservative additions and media mixes. Loading and unloading freeze dryers. Accurately recording process data. Cleaning and sanitising process rooms, freeze dryers, fermentation plant and related equipment and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility. Monitor and support maintenance of steam boiler plant equipment and other process equipment. Participate in an out of hours call out rota. Comply with company health, safety, environmental and quality management systems and ensure work completed is in accordance with company procedures and ISO 9001 requirements. Carry out ad hoc d...
