Experience-essential- PCS-system, medication management- strong-leadership skills excellent-understanding-of- dementia and-complex care.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Medication administration and care planning
• Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to our residents
• Ensuring principles of safeguarding are maintained
• Taking responsibility of shifts as Nurse in charge
• Team management and shift planning
• Infection prevention and control
• Liaising with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams
• Upholding clinical governance standards
