Fenland Youth Hub Manager Location: Wisbech Role will require travel across Fenland, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough 1 x Full-Time post (35 hrs) Salary: FTE £40,000 per annum Duration: Fixed Term until April 2027, with the potential to extend subject to continued funding Closing Date: Midday on Tuesday, 20 October 2026 Interviews to be held (provisionally): Wednesday, 4 November 2026 Centre 33 is an ambitious and growing charity based across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. We offer a range of high-quality services to young people aged up to 25, including information and support on a "drop in" basis, mental health services, counselling, housing and financial advice, sexual health support and support for young carers. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the Youth Hub in Fenland, as part of the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer programme (Year 2). Building on our established ''Someone to Talk to'' drop-in in Wisbech, the Hub will provide place-based, holistic support to young people aged 13 - 25, particularly those who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) or at risk of disengagement. The successful candidate will line manage the Hub team in Wisbech, with some outreach across Fenland, and build strong local partnerships with job coaches, other Trailblazer-funded support and local authority NEET teams.
