Location: Eldersfield, GL19 4PN
Hours: Monday-Friday, 42.5 hours per week
Pay: £13.00 - £14.50 DOE
Contract: Permanent

Manpower are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Fencing Team Leader to join their team in Eldersfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Europe''s leading provider of soft landscaping services and landscape creation projects.

As a Fencing Team Leader, you will lead a small team in installing a variety of fencing on new build developments. You''ll ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while always promoting health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a small team in installing timber and metal fencing
• Working in line with company Health andamp; Safety policies
• Delivering projects to agreed specifications and timescales
• Reporting changes to the Operations Manager
• Coordinating suppliers, sub-contractors, and staff
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members

Essential:

• Full, clean driving licence andamp; Trailer Licence (B+E)
• CSCS Card
• Experience implementing Health andamp; Safety procedures
• Background in hard/soft landscaping, arboriculture, or civil engineering
• Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Comfortable leading and managing a team

Desirable:

• Construction plant certificates
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques
• Experience with performance management
• Financial awareness
