This is a hands-on role managing multiple fencing and gate installation projects from initial site assessment and quotation through to completion and final account. Fencing Contracts Manager - Key responsibilities Visit sites to assess requirements, take measurements and identify access or installation considerations. Prepare accurate quotations and calculate labour, materials, plant and subcontractor requirements. Manage contracts from award through to completion. Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, materials and site programmes. Monitor project costs, profitability, variations and additional works.
