Fencing Contracts Manager Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire with travel across the MidlandsSalary: £40,000 - £45,000, negotiable depending on experience We are recruiting for an established fencing contractor delivering commercial, industrial, security, education and infrastructure projects across the Midlands. This is a hands-on role managing multiple fencing and gate installation projects from initial site assessment and quotation through to completion and final account. Fencing Contracts Manager - Key responsibilities Visit sites to assess requirements, take measurements and identify access or installation considerations. Prepare accurate quotations and calculate labour, materials, plant and subcontractor requirements. Manage contracts from award through to completion. Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, materials and site programmes. Monitor project costs, profitability, variations and additional works. Prepare and review RAMS and ensure projects meet health and safety requirements. Fencing Contracts Manager - Skills and experience Previous experience managing fencing, construction, groundworks or civil engineering projects. Good commercial awareness and understanding of project costs. Experience coordinating site teams and subcontractors. Ability to read drawings and specifications. Full UK driving licence.
