Key Responsibilities: Painting and staining fences, gates, and exterior timber structures Preparing surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, and minor repairs Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Working respectfully around occupied homes and tenants Requirements: Previous experience in painting, labouring, maintenance, construction, or similar work is beneficial but not essential.
