Female Team Leader - Supported Living
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to manage staff providing person-centered care, ensuring support plans promote independence, dignity, and safety. Responsibilities include overseeing care delivery, compliance with CQC standards, staff supervision, risk management, and fostering active community engagement.Due to the personal care requirements of the service users, they are currently recruiting female care staff only.Please note that they are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must have the right to work in theUK at the time of application.Key Responsibilities and DutiesStaff Leadership: Mentoring, supervising, and developing support staff, including managing performance and training.Person-Centred Care: Ensuring support plans are implemented to maximize independence, dignity, and quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities.Quality Assurance and Compliance: Monitoring services to ensure compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and legislation.Operational Management: Coordinating daily routines, conducting risk assessments, and managing safeguarding issues.Reporting and Communication: Reporting to service managers, attending meetings, and communicating with external stakeholders and families.On-call Duties: Participating in out-of-hours on-call rotations to support the team.
