Our Client Poppy is a fascinating young woman in her early 30’s who lives at home with her family in a small rural village, close to Lincoln. Poppy has cerebral palsy, autism and a brain injury, and can exhibit challenging behaviours. Despite speech difficulties Poppy communicates well. She is not independently mobile and requires support in all areas of her day-to-day life including personal care. Poppy is a bright and engaging young woman with many interests and enjoys spending time accessing her hobbies and interests with the support of her care team.
