The Client Chloe is a 17 year old young woman with Cerebral Palsy from birth which causes mobility difficulties and, although she can walk short distances with help, she generally uses a wheelchair to get around.  She suffers with sudden involuntary movements of her limbs as a result of the Cerebral Palsy.  Although Chloe has a device to support her communication, she prefers to use speech but at times this can be quite unclear. Chloe requires help with all areas of personal care and needs support with eating and drinking too. Chloe is an amazing and determined young woman with a great sense of humour and a passion for being active.  We are therefore looking for additional Support Workers to join this newly appointed care team who will help Chloe to continue in her sporting interests and other hobbies an...
