Female Support Worker Location: Brighton, Sussex (Goodwood Supported Living) Salary: £14.00 £15.00 per hour (depending on experience) Contract: Full-time Part-time Permanent Zero-hours If you re seeking long-term, consistent shifts with real job security this role is for you. About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and confident Female Support Worker to join our Supported Living team in Brighton. You will provide person-centred, trauma-informed support to adults with autism, ADHD, and complex mental health needs within a structured and supportive home environment. Shifts include long days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. You will support individuals with daily routines, personal care, meal preparation, life skills, and community access. A driving licence is desirable. You will use Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and trauma-informed approaches to promote independence, reduce anxiety, and manage behaviours safely. Clear record keeping and effective communication with families and professionals is essential. About You Desirable: Driving licence NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards) Experience in supported living or community care Training in Safeguarding, First Aid, PMVA or MAPA Why Join Unicare?
