Location: Sherbourne Road, Brighton, Sussex Salary: £14.00 per hour Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, shift pattern 8am-8pm (day shifts) and 8pm-8am (waking nights) Work Type: In person - Brighton About the Role We are seeking a confident and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our Supported Living team in Brighton. This role focuses on providing trauma-informed, person-centred support to adults with complex mental health needs, autism, ADHD, and associated challenging behaviours. You''ll work full-time, supporting individuals to develop life skills, independence, and confidence in a structured, safe environment. Day shifts are available, and experience in complex mental health care is essential. A driving licence is highly desirable to enable community access, appointments, and activities. Key Responsibilities Deliver consistent 1:1 support within a supported living environment. Assist with personal care, daily routines, meal preparation, and independent living skills.
