Female Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve greater independence while supporting them with their daily lives. Your responsibilities will include: Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs. Encouraging and supporting people to participate in meaningful activities and hobbies. Supporting individuals with community access, shopping, appointments, and social activities. Assisting with personal care where required. Administering medication following training and company procedures. Supporting with meal planning, cooking, household tasks, and maintaining a safe living environment. Assisting individuals to attend medical and healthcare appointments. Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion at all times.
