The Client Claire is a 37 year old lady with an acquired brain injury, sustained during childhood which has left her with epilepsy which is managed through a VNS implant, moderate learning disability, and mildly reduced left hand function.  She needs help and support in her day-to-day life, for example in ensuring she takes her medication, makes healthy eating choices, maintains good standards of hygiene and personal care and is supported to keep her home clean and tidy.
