The role combines meaningful relationship-based support with complex clinical care, including tracheostomy management, PEG feeding, communication support and therapy programmes. Full specialist training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced support worker who wants to further develop their skills in complex paediatric care. As part of a dedicated team, you will support her to participate fully in family life, education, therapy activities and community experiences whilst helping her develop communication, independence, confidence and mobility skills.
