      <description>Location: Llandudno | Salary: &amp;pound;15/hour | Type: Part Time | Female Support Worker (Acquired Brain Injury)    Location: Llandudno  Pay Rates:  £15 per hour | £62 per sleep (11pm–7am)   Enhanced Healthcare are looking for an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our team supporting a gentleman with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) in his own home and out in the community, Driving licence is essential as you would be required to drive the gentleman's own vehicle.   Shifts can vary between 7 and 24 hours, depending on the rota and the needs of the individual. Typical shifts include:  	 10am–5pm 	 5pm–11pm (followed by sleep 11pm–7am) 	 7am–10am    About the Role   You’ll be supporting a friendly and sociable gentleman who enjoys:  	 People watching and chatting about what’s going on around him 	 Getting out in the community for coffee and local trips 	 Watching the soaps and sports 	 Talking about Liverpool FC and cars   Due to the impact of his brain injury, he can sometimes shout or display verbal behaviours, including while travelling in the car. It’s important that you’re able to remain calm and professional, understanding that these behaviours are part of his condition and not personal.
