You ll support four adults (three women and one man) with autism and learning disabilities to live the lives they choose, with choice, control and dignity at the heart of everything you do.Three people have epilepsy, and you ll be fully supported with comprehensive training, including epilepsy and buckle training, so you feel confident and skilled in your role. Every person has their own goals, interests and routines. Some enjoy attending the gym, one is studying at college, while another spends weekdays at a day centre.
