She receives support at home from two caring team members who support her to live independently. She has a mild learning disability, physical disabilities, and diabetes. She uses a wheelchair and has a hoist in her home don t worry, full training will be provided!She s full of life and loves pamper nights, horror movies, gardening, arts and crafts, socialising, and being around animals. She enjoys going for walks and is an active member of her local Slimming World group.Her team also supports others in the community through our outreach services, so you may have the chance to make a difference to more people too!What will I be doing You ll help people live life their way supporting them to be themselves and achieve their goals.
