We are looking for experienced children’s complex care workers to care for a 9-year-old boy with Dyskinetic Cerebral Palsy. Must be able to complete manual handling, drug administration and personal care. Also, must be adaptable, playful and be happy to carry out hydrotherapy and wider family support when needed.

Hours:

School Term Monday – Friday

07:00 – 11:00

16:00 – 20:00

School holidays Monday – Friday

08:00 – 20:00

Weekends

08:00 – 14:00 6 hours

Pay:

£14.00 per hour

Applicants must relate enthusiastically to young people and respect each individual’s right to a full and valued life in their community.

Previous experience with young people with special needs is essential.

A full clean driving licence, insurance and ability to drive client’s disability vehicle is essential.
