Female Support worker

We have a full time and part time Waking night package that has become available They are needing someone to start from next week where possible. Please see the details surrounding the support for this individual below: • Bradford, BD4 • Transitioning from Living at home to independent living for the first time • Diagnoses : Learning Disabilities, Peg Feed for Meds only (Drinks/Eats Orally) • General Independence support : Hygiene, food preparation, encouraging routines (Accessing the community during the day only) • Personal Care (AM Strip Wash, Brush Hair and Teeth) (PM Intimate Personal Care, Full Wash) • Waking Nights 9pm to 9am If this contract is of interest to you and within an accessible distance, please advise and I will give you a call back when convenient, if you would prefer to start the process straight away I can pass your details over to the compliance team to start the onboarding process. ..... full job details .....
