About the role You''ll be supporting five individuals with complex health needs, physical disabilities and learning disabilities in our supported living service in Gillingham, Medway. The service is conveniently located close to both Chatham and Gillingham town centres and is just a five-minute walk from Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre. The people we support enjoy active, fulfilling lives and love getting out into the local community every day.
