The support worker team provides 24/7 1:1 care and support to a 12-year-old girl with a brain injury who lives with her family in the Bexley area. She has severe quadriplegic cerebral palsy, no verbal communication, and visual impairment, and she is gastrostomy-fed. Your role will enable their client to live in the community within her own home, maximising her rehabilitation potential, improving her quality of life, and achieving desired goals.
