Female Rehabilitation Support Worker Location: Kendal, Cumbria Salary: £16 - £18 per hour Are you looking for a new role or change in career and are interested in enabling the ongoing rehabilitation of a lady based near Kendal? The Role Supporting Hannah in her own home, encouraging and enabling her to fulfil her hobbies and interests whilst adhering to the care plan and implementing the therapy programmes. We require Female Rehabilitation Support Worker(s) to actively encourage Hannah to engage in therapy programmes that will assist her in achieving goals to increase her independence and take on stronger maternal responsibilities, as a mother to her daughter. Available Hours We are looking for Female Rehabilitation Support Worker(s) to undertake 24-hour shifts comprising day shift hours and sleeping night shift hours from 08:00 one day through to 08:15 the next day. The care team work to a fixed 4-week rota, with a number of shifts available each week. Rates of Pay Hands-On Hours (07:00 - 23:00) Monday to Friday: £16.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday: £18.00 per hour Sleeping Night (23:00 - 07:00) Monday to Sunday: Prevailing National Minimum Wage (currently £12.21 per hour) The Client Hannah is a lady in her 30''s who suffered a brain injury in 2020 which has left her with a significant visual impairment, ..... full job details .....
