We’re looking for a Specialist Case Worker to deliver an informed and person-centred, strengths-based support to members of the LGBTQ+ community who are accessing Stonewater’s Brighton Refuge. You’ll manage a caseload of customers through their journey, ensuring a strengths-based approach that enables them to articulate their aspirations and realise their potential. As an ambassador for Brighton Refuge, you’ll assist in administering referrals into the service, with a focus on Safety Planning that is informed by the individual’s identify and any possible associated risks, and work with specialist support agencies and statutory organisations, particularly with local and national LGBTQ+ charities and support organisations.
