TDA Care Solution are currently recruiting for a compassionate, engaging, and reliable female carer to provide one-to-one support for a female with autism. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, emotionally intelligent, and able to build a supportive, respectful relationship based on trust and understanding. Key Requirements: Female applicant (due to personal care needs) Experience supporting individuals with SEN and/or autism Strong communication skills, with clear and easy-to-understand spoken English Attentive and responsive to individual needs and preferences Able to support independence without being overly controlling Friendly, down-to-earth personality with a good sense of humour Enjoys a relaxed, companion-style dynamic (more like a supportive friend than a formal carer) Comfortable around animals Proactive, positive, and open to trying new activities Respectful of personal boundaries (physical affection only when initiated or welcomed) This is a rewarding role for someone who values building a genuine, supportive connection while promoting independence and quality of life. Minimal Criteria: Experience working in a care/support worker role Competent in supporting individuals with SEN and/or autism Relevant training in SEN/autism support (completed) Right to work in the UK Living within a reasonable commuting distance Willing and able to support the client with their preferred activities and travel plans when required ..... full job details .....
