ACSM/Westervelt Glass Corp.I am a spinally injured wheelchair user based in Glasgow, Scotland looking for a female personal care assistant. I require a person that can work 10am-6pm for the day shift, and 11pm-9am for the sleepover, but this can vary slightly. Various shifts available, but must be able to do both day and night shifts.The hourly day rate is £13.50 per hour, and £122.20 total for the sleepover shift.Pension scheme available.It is essential that you are highly reliable and can work to a high standard and, sometimes, tight deadlines. The ability to cover holiday and sick days of colleagues is essential as you will be part of a small team. Must be able to work over the 2025 Christmas and New Year period.Must like cats and be able and willing to interact with them as I have 3 rescue cats who are very important to me.There is no strict daily structure; activities depend on how I feel on the day. I may be unwell or in pain on some days, or energetic and want to get things done on others. I am currently recovering from a long period of bed rest, so I need support with my rehab. Housework is important to me, and I like my house tidy and organized. Assisting with my cats (litter or play) is also important. I enjoy a lighthearted environment and don’t get bored easily.You must be able to work more than 20 hours a week. Unfortunately, we do not offer sponsorship.
